About the event
Youth participants ages 6 - 10 explore Kubota Garden as a living ecosystem—discovering its history, purpose, plants, and animals through hands-on observation, data collecting and drawing. In doing so, they become young ambassadors and community scientists for the Garden and natural spaces beyond. Each program is unique based on what the season and weather brings. An adult will need to accompany participants at check-in to sign consent forms. The adult is also welcome to join the class and does not need to reserve an additional spot for themself.
