Youth get an up-close experience with the garden’s signature element of stone by learning to carve their own soapstone animal figurine. Ages 7 - 17. FREE! Spots are limited and registration is required. Learn more and register below. Registration opens on 5/16.

About the event

Artist instructors from Northwest Stone Sculptors Association will guide youth participants through the process of shaping this beautiful, natural material into a figurine to take home. This event is free and the soapstone and all necessary tools will be provided. Two sessions are available, beginning at 10am and 1pm. An adult will need to accompany participants at check-in to sign consent forms.
