Volunteer Bird Walk

This is a KGF volunteer enrichment opportunity to thank volunteers for their continued support.

Did you know that birdwatching (or birding) is one of the fastest growing hobbies in the U.S.? Ever wonder what’s the bird that you saw or maybe heard? Join the flock and experience Kubota Garden in a new way as we spend an hour slowly exploring and observing. This session is geared to volunteers who are interested in learning the basics including how to look for birds, identification tools, birding by ear, the Kubota top 10, and likely locations. Bring binoculars if you have them!

12 spots per walk are available, please RSVP if you plan on attending. We ask that only volunteers RSVP since spots are limited.
