About the event
Performers from NW Taiko will teach youth participants ages 10 - 17 basic taiko beats, vocabulary, and a simple song in a group. Taiko is a broad term for Japanese percussion art and participants will get to try out a few different sizes and types of drums. An adult will need to accompany participants at check-in to sign consent forms.
